RPO's client in the property development space is currently seeking an experienced administrator/office manager to join their team of professionals at their offices in Gauteng.
The Administrator/ Office manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the company. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including receiving and forwarding communications, taking care of more general clerical duties and ensuring administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Quotation for tender purposes
  • Ordering material for different sites
  • Compiling salaries for employees (Fortnight and monthly)
  • Monthly suppliers’ statements
  • Invoices and Estimates for Sites (QuickBooks)
  • Office supply shopping, collecting post
  • Insurance claims
  • Managing of company fleet vehicles, Vodacom, Telkom and Tracker etc
  • This role required a range of duties, including but not limited to administrative tasks
  • Supplying Auditors with Invoices on Hubdoc and Xero.


Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric and a certificate in Administration is an advantage
  • Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
  • Computer Literate (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook and QuickBooks)
  • 5 year(s): Administrative support experience
  • Able to work under pressure
