A well-established manufacturing company in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Technical Support Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across all management levels.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Generate sales and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Motivate and support internal teams to drive technical sales success.
• Uphold company standards in professionalism, service delivery, and safety practices.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (BTech or BSc Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics only).
• Proven experience in a technical sales role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and able to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak professionally).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (essential).
• Must reside in or around Howick/PMB area.
