RPO's client, a reputable Civil Engineering Plant Hire Company, is actively seeking a driven and dedicated individual with profound expertise in plant hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate equipment rentals
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Understand project requirements
  • Update work schedules
  • Inspect machine GET before hire
  • Manage GET stock levels
  • Audit ground conditions
  • Manage costs
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Inspect equipment
  • Arrange repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Plan plant transportation
  • Negotiate payment terms
  • Manage accounts
  • Ensure timely payments

Requirements:

  • Code B driver's license
  • 5 years’ experience in a related role
  • In-depth knowledge of the plant hire industry
  • In-depth knowledge of plant equipment, including operation, maintenance, and safety requirements (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
