A dynamic manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Manager with extensive management experience in the aluminium or metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of leading teams, optimizing production processes, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility.

• Manage production teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet company targets and client deadlines.

• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor budgets, production costs, and resources to achieve operational goals.

• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in manufacturing, preferably in aluminium or metal fabrication.

• Strong technical knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work on-site.

• Relevant technical qualifications advantageous but experience takes priority.
