Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
- Monitor and control company budgets
- Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Manage the financial close process
- Work closely with external auditors on financial audits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA(SA) or CGMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related role
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 7 years Supply Chain/Logistics experience
