RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Rivonia, Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will lead the finance department, oversee financial operations, and support executive leadership with strategic financial guidance. This is a permanent role offering a market-related salary based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a finance team of 15 staff members.

  • Oversee daily financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

  • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

  • Implement and maintain financial systems (Proman, SAGE Payroll, SAP Ariba, Coupa).

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.

  • Liaise with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, or equivalent professional certification.

  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
