Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, supply chain, and finance to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within FMCG, agri-processing, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A proactive and target-driven professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
