Requirements

• Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying (BScQS)
• Professional Registration: Must be registered with SACQSP 
• Experience: 8–10+ years in a professional QS office (consultancy environment)
• Languages: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and proven track record in cost management and project delivery
